Another Plano foods company, ViaViente, is scoring big with an “anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant” health tonic of the same name. Sales at Craig Keeland’s firm on Plano Parkway hit $12 million last year, up from $3 million for its first six months in 2003. Projections for 2005 sales: $26 million. Keeland’s work force has jumped from 15,000 to 40,000 meantime, pushing the company from 12,500 to 40,000 square feet of space. Irving-based Carrington Labs bottles the grape-juice-like tonic, which is based on minerals and anti-oxidants found in the drinking water of a group of Ecuadorian villagers. ViaViente, which means “alive with your,” is sold via a sales team approach using direct commissions that now totals 20,000
